Spin and land on a random city or town in the Philippines. Pick a region, such as Central Visayas, or leave it to chance. Free, no sign-up.
The tool starts on In a country: Philippines. Each spin lands on a Philippine city or town of 5,000 people or more, from a list of 1,358 on Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao.
To stay in one part of the country, switch to In a state and pick a region. The Philippines stays picked.
The list groups Philippine towns into the 17 regions, not the provinces. Cebu and Bohol are in Central Visayas, Palawan is in Mimaropa, and Metro Manila is National Capital Region.
Each town has the same chance, so the regions with more towns come up more often. Central Luzon has 179 towns in the list, Calabarzon 178 and Western Visayas 142. Cordillera has 19. With In a state on Any state, every region has the same chance.
Set "How many places?" to any number up to 500. One spin lists Philippine towns with their region and coordinates, each pinned on the map.
Copy the list or download it as CSV, GeoJSON or plain text. It works as a sample for a survey, a school map exercise or test data for an app.
Pick your own region and spin for a day trip or a weekend away. Open the town in Google Maps to check the road or ferry route.
For a class quiz, spin a town and ask which island group it is on: Luzon, the Visayas or Mindanao.
For anywhere else on Earth, use the Random Location Generator.
